Leading the 2026 marketing plan — full year. Scaling the four sub-brands (Impact+, Skills+, TFS+, Setup+). Launching a new thought leadership series on LinkedIn.

Taswiqya

Adding two enterprise accounts this quarter. Building the internal content team. Opening conversations with one government entity for a Q3 engagement.

Writing

Publishing one essay per week on LinkedIn. First long-form piece on the B2G playbook launching this month. This website's Insights hub is live.

Learning

Deep into AI agent workflows. Experimenting with Claude and n8n for marketing automation. Re-reading 'Measure What Matters' by John Doerr.

Not doing

No new speaking engagements until Q3 2026. No new advisory clients this quarter — capacity is full. No personal projects outside Taaeen and Taswiqya.
