Leading the 2026 marketing plan. Full year. Scaling the four sub-brands (Impact+, Skills+, TFS+, Setup+). Launching a new thought leadership series on LinkedIn.

Taswiqya

Adding two enterprise accounts this quarter. Building the internal content team. Opening conversations with one government entity for a Q3 engagement.

Writing

Publishing one essay per week on LinkedIn. First long-form piece on the B2G playbook launching this month. This website's Insights hub is live.

Learning

Deep into AI agent workflows. Experimenting with Claude and n8n for marketing automation. Re-reading 'Measure What Matters' by John Doerr.

Not doing

No new speaking engagements until Q3 2026. No new advisory clients this quarter. Capacity is full. No personal projects outside Taaeen and Taswiqya.
